How often do you respond to a follow up thank you note?
For the analysts and associates out there, how often do you respond to a follow up thank you note from a candidate you just did a networking call with?
Feel like I get off a good call, with somebody where we both seemed to enjoy the conversation, and then they don't respond to the follow up. Is this just because you're busy and there's really no point in responding or did I not earn a response?
