How relevant is age / Will I be okay ?

Hey everyone,

I am new in this field of work and on this forum. Currently studying and interested in IB.

I worked as a Business Analyst for a financial institution for several years. I am now in my early 30s.

Can I still succeed? Can I have a similar career path as the people who graduate by the time they are 22?

GPA is where it needs to be, finishing first year.

Appreciate all the help or tips.

I feel like I forgot to add something that might be important here. I do not have any prior studies, so I can't just jump straight to the MBA. It is definitely a goal of mine but that means I will be between 35-40 when that happens.
