How to Become the Best Commercial Banker Ever?

Hello! I'm going to be entering a MSF program (think UTA/USC/Villanova) with a personal focus on breaking into commercial banking, and I was hoping to get some advice on how to best position myself for OCR, how to crush it as a credit analyst, and what I can expect as a relationship manager later in my career.

Current plan

1) Network with alumni. I have been setting up informational interviews to learn more, and a lot of them have suggested I target banks with formal credit training programs.

2) Pre-study. The program should teach me enough to get through any technical interview questions, but I have been brushing up on the BIWS 400 questions and my financial modeling.

3) Get good grades.

4) Get offers through OCR.

5) Start as a credit analyst.

6) ???

7) Become the greatest commercial banker in the U.S.

Questions

Once I become a credit analyst, how do I get to the next step of client manager/relationship manager? I'm assuming by being sociable and reliable, but what skills can I work on to stand out?

How do commercial bankers differentiate themselves? What would make a client go "Oh I need to go to ABC vs XYZ for a term loan"?

Any and all advice from commercial bankers is greatly appreciated.
