How to best get your resume noticed
What do you guys think is the best was to get your resume out to banks without it being thrown in the pile with thousands of other applicants?

Network
You really have to network, especially if you're coming from a nontarget. Reach out to your alumni network, set up a few informational interviews. Get their insight on the recruiting process. In my experience, most alumni are more than willing to help out. If you know your stuff and have a strong resume, they'll have no problem passing along your resume to HR. Beats applying on some website any day.
