How to break in as a PhD grad?
I am a STEM PhD student (non-quantitative, non-target, Russel Group uni) from the UK, will graduate in a year or so. Really want to break in after graduation. My only background in finance is passing CFA level 2 but nothing else.
I’m now 26 and will be 27 when I complete my PhD. May someone please suggest what is the best path for me (please don’t suggest staying in academia/science). I would do anything to break in, is doing a MSc Finance an option for me?
Thanks a lot guys! Any ideas/suggestions are very welcomed!
