how to ensure your resume gets forwarded internally?
I reached out to an old classmate of mine who works in a company that I want a referral at. I have only had minimal chat with him when we were in school, but he does remember me. His email responses weren't that receptive but he said he will forward it.
There's this position that I really want, and I hope he forwards my resume. Don't a lot of people say they will send it but they never actually do to be courteous?
I'm not sure if I said something wrong in my subsequent emails after the first one.
