How to follow-up?

About two weeks ago I had an informational interview with an alum of my school in Equity Research, a field I'm considering. Towards the end of the conversation he mentioned he had some friends (who are also alums), in the industry as well, and would be happy to speak with me, and that he'd email me their names. I sent a thank-you email 24 hours following our conversation, but have yet to hear back from him. How should I proceed? I really don't want to bother him too much, especially as earnings season is approaching. Any advice>
