How to follow up with bankers networking?

I am a sophomore recruiting for SA. I started networking a couple of weeks ago and have talked to about 15 bankers so far. However, recruiting has not started for most of the banks I talked to (BBs and EBs). I do not want these bankers to forget me by the time recruiting starts. I know people do a follow up second networking call a couple of months after the first one (no in-person coffee chats rn cuz of covid), but I am unsure of what to really say or ask in the second networking call that would be different than the first networking call. Also, I know people send follow up emails to bankers 1-2 months after talking to them, but I'm not sure what to put in these follow-up emails - I was thinking about updating them on my coursework and asking them about a recent deal in a follow-up email, but I'm not sure. Advice?
