Whats up fellow monks, Have been networking pretty hard on LinkedIn to gain insight into fields I want to work in, and I have been having trouble getting traction in regards to return messages. I am not sure what I can do to improve my conversion rate. Was thinking of either shortening them or adding more reverent personal details to it. Also was thinking about using a LinkedIn email snatcher to find their emails and send emails instead. Was curious what you guys thought would be a better way to network.
