How to lateral into Trading / Trade Execution after MSF and 2yrs F500 Corp Fin?

I'm very passionate about stock trading and I follow the financial news every day. Personally I think I would enjoy it more, despite the longer hours, the added stress and unpredictability, etc.

However, from looking around, a lot of BB, HF and prop shops only seem to have
1) entry-level positions that recruit exclusively on campus, and are only open to current students;
2) experienced positions that require N years' relevant experience and a P&L record

That said, I don't mind taking a temporary pay cut and starting from a "junior" rank, as long as there's a way to break in.
