I am currently working on secured debt financing transaction. Whether I should mention the client name on my resume or mention as "pending" transaction or "Raised $150M secured debt facility for $$$Client in XXX industry-Pending" .
What is the best practice to represent current leverage finance transactions on resume and whether I should mention current transactions only after it has been syndicated fully.

If it hasn't closed it's still highly confidential... I'd go with "Live Deal" or "Active Deal (Expected Close...)
Include a project name.
Project XXX: Description of the potential transaction. (Include size of issuance, industry and probably country/area etc. Do not leak the client's name as the transaction is not announced yet) - Bullet Point 1 - Bullet Point 2 - Bullet Point 3
