How will IB internships change being virtual
Often when I spoke to Analyst / Associates about tips for a summer intern they cited a positive attitude and building social relationships as important as any technical skills. However, with most IB internships being virtual this seems to be out the window.
In the absence of this and with many SA weeks cut down significantly will those most prior knowledge have the greatest advantage? Also how will our work hours change? Given the smaller scope of work we could be assigned could we see our hours cut down significantly?
