Huge Referral or Polite Rejection?

I got this from a JPM / GS / MS PWM Managing Director:

"Thank you for sending me your resume. Even if, regrettably, I do not find the need on my team for someone with your notable qualifications, I have forwarded your credentials to our managers for a broader search. Should there be an interest, they will contact you directly.

Thank you once again for contacting me. I wish you much success in your promising future."

Expect the worst but hope for the best. The skeptic in me says it's a polite rejection, but it's always possible that something could come of it. Just keep hustling both that route and start making others. Good luck
