I am constantly getting rejected and I have no fucking idea where to go from here

I go to a target school, final year of school, with three internships in asset management, private equity, and real estate private equity. I am getting interviews and even final round interviews at prestigious firms. However, I am not landing anything. I am constantly getting rejected every single time. It’s so frustrating and I’m literally somewhat depressed. I feel like I’m just applying to jobs just to get rejected. Need some advice.

Idk man your resume has to be solid for you get final rounds and I’m sure you do decent talking since you get past initial rounds.

I understand you being nervous, idk how to help with that except just relax. I had this issue too, and I would tell myself if I stay nervous I’m not getting into IB, because you need to be able to easily talk to nobody. Maybe try telling yourself that without letting it put too much pressure on you, but it worked for me.

And it is also a numbers game, all you need is one offer, after being interviewed by people having a good day. It’s a luck-based industry more than I feel like people think. Do not give up.
