I don't know how to progress my career
I work as a performance analyst for a small shop. I create performance reports for institutional clients at BB's. Right now I can't get promoted at my current office because it is small and has no room for growth. I'm getting bored with performance and I'm wondering what other career options should I consider. For reference I'm in the NYC area.
