I feel qualified but I am getting no interviews. Whats my best move?
I am a student at the University at Buffalo SUNY. UB is a solid school but not a target. I do not expect to have a career at a Goldman Sachs or a Blackrock but I feel a commercial banking graduate program or a credit analyst/loan processor entry role in a decent bank is fair for me. However, I have received nothing back. I have 5 internships under my belt and I am good at interviews. I am deeply motivated and I am well educated on the economy. My only issue is my gpa is low. Thats the part that is hurting me. I am in my last semester I currently hold a 2.8 but I may reach 3.0 if I get an A. Once again, Im not saying Im perfect but I cannot believe I have sent 100 applications and have gotten nothing. I knew this would be hard, but I am humbled. I know my gpa is low but besides that, Im doing great.
