I founded a social networking website and I want to put this on my resume. How should I proceed?

I started a niche social networking website a month ago. I coded it from scratch, promoted it, and it gained a couple hundred users in a week. It's not a facebook by any means, but I believe this is significant enough to put on my resume as a college student. The website is not incorporated, makes no money, and has no employees except for myself.

Would it make sense to add this in the professional experience section and call myself a "Founder and CEO"? I'm applying for full time consulting and product management roles, so I'm hoping to show some entrepreneurial/proactive traits.

I would just say founder. CEO sounds weird when it’s a one man operation. But definitely put it down, any interviewer will be impressed.

When I had a background check it was populated by me so I only put my “real” W2 jobs in the forms and not my own thing I started. It never became an issue that way. If it becomes an issue I would say tell HR hey I can provide proof but there’s no tax information etc. You should be fine that way.
