I had a great networking call but why did I not hear back?

Thanks, that's what I figured too. I might be overthinking this but it has been 20+ days since my second note to remind him a week after our call. Is this common?

You didn't do anything wrong. I have sent thank you emails on a Saturday, anyone who gets upset over that is probably very overworked or not someone you want to work with. I would assume they are just slammed and will get back to you when they can. Maybe follow up in a month, just saying how much you appreciated their time. You likely didnt do anything wrong but are just not a priority. Dont take it personally, folks who reach out rarely are (unless they are connected). Best of luck and keep networking.
