I recently got fired as an investment banking analyst after only 15 months in the industry. Any advice?
I want to get back in the industry but not sure how to do this and how to “sell” what happened in the best way to new potential employers.
I'll start with the obvious... why did you get fired?
No clear explanation. “Underperformance” was the reason but I had been made an offer to join full time after a 6-month internship 3 months before getting fired.
