IB Analyst Recommendation Letters
Some companies allow applicants to submit an optional recommendation letter in their IB summer analyst application. Does anyone know how much of a difference it makes to submit/not submit one (would it be an instant rejection if I didn't submit a recommendation and if I do need one, can it only be from a previous IB employer)?
