IB lateral Tips
Anyone have any advice or tips for the best way to find/connect for possible analyst lateral positions? Also without my current firm finding out I’m looking to leave. I also know that many lateral positions are not posted on LinkedIn/job board so any tips with that would be greatly appreciated
