IB recruiting for someone without an internship
I am not working as a summer analyst b/c I didn’t think banking was for me; I am interning in a different field. Will it be possible for me to get an first year analyst position as someone with no banking experience/internship?
its going to be hard to land at a BB. very possible to land other places.
what are some other places?
MM and Boutique firms. Less prestigious will be more likely to hire for FT analyst without experience.
Is it possible to transition from a consulting internship at a boutique?
what is your major and what are your other internships. it's all about your story if you can get in front of the right people and tell the right story you will be fine. high gpa required.
I’m an International Business major from Georgetown. My internships have been in wealth management and for a sports agency. Hard to spin sports but I could spin wealth management. Any advice?
