IB Recruiting- So Lost
Hey, currently a junior at a target (HYP) who pushed back graduation from 2024 to 2025 to recruit for SA 2024 but do not have a single offer... I networked with alumni at the banks, applied with my resume, emailed recruiters, but they would not even open my applications... I'm so lost in the process, and being a female, heard there are some diversity programs for girls but don't know where the separate apps are for diversity programs (there's just the regular apps?). I'm gonna be in the city this summer for a non finance internship, but is it going to be impossible to land something full time? Would appreciate any kind of advice
I don’t get how students at top, top targets still have a hard time landing internships when non-diverse non-targets manage to get one.
lol very few non target non diverse get internships.
Not accurate, I know plenty of NTND students get IB SA internships.
it's her resume work experience that is lacking in short, can't think why HYP can't land a IB first round interview. School name can only get you so far and layoffs happening everywhere doesn't help any much
