IB without internship

Curious to know if it’s possible to get an IB Associate role after an MBA from a target school in NYC (Columbia/NYU) without an internship.

Also, do any banks (i know it’s not possible with BB or EB) offer in-semester/part-time internships that would potentially help in full-time IB recruiting?
