Ideas for someone with HR strategy background to break into IB world?
I have great experience in HR strategy, comp and ben -- did 3+ years in M&A for a large professional services firm and would love to find a role helping either VC or IBs in either straightening our HR issues or doing DD from an HR perspective. Anyone have any ideas what the best route might be for me to get past the recruiting engine and get introductions to help me pursue this? I am in the boston area..
