In search of offer advice

Hey guys, looking for some opinions on the exit opportunities and MBA possibilities from the offers I currently have outstanding.

One is from PwC's Financial Instruments, Structured Products, and Real Estate group. I interned there this semester and the job pretty much consisted of valuation across the majority of structured asset classes and real estate.

The other is from Deloitte's Human Capital Consulting. I don't really know a lot about the job, (can't really discern extra info from this site as well), but I I know that it seems like the opposite of the FSR.

My question is, could you provide some insight into what might set me up better to apply for a top MBA program?

Grades are 3.8 level and GMAT is around 750.
