I was an IB summer analyst this past year and I'm applying for different full time opportunities now. even though my IB experience is on my resume, should I highlight that I used CapIQ, FactSet and Bloomberg extensively?

Hi fellow monkeys,
Recently came across a few banking analyst jobs that stressed excel/VBA knowledge would be an asset. I'm considering doing a Factset level 1 this summer to boost my resume. The cost is $99.00 anyone been through this program? Is it worth it? How much would it boost my resume. Analyst role is for IB & Trading departments. All banks are Canadian.
Thanks a lot in advance. Any other recommendations on improving my excel knowledge would be much appreciated!
