Indus Valley Partners

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this firm (Indus Valley Partners) and if anyone has any opinions about working as a business analyst. So I think for this firm the business analyst is someone who consults hedge funds with setting up or improving their systems whether its something like trade capture for trading, risk management, reporting, or what have you. They did state it is a revenue generating role for the firm.

So any opinions or thoughts about the business analyst position? Does there seem to be any good exit opportunities after taking this kind of role for a couple of years? What do you guys think.
