Wondering what to expect in an upcoming interview in terms of questions. I am going through an off-cycle, informal process for an IB position (junior level). I have spoken with some seniors already and I am scheduled for 30 mins with a couple VPs. Should I expect a mix of technical/behavioral, or more likely to still be fit questions at this point?
