Int' student H1-B legal issue_Full-Time offer

Just finished an internship program with one of the top three investment banking firms in HK last week. I will recruit with an investment banking firm in California through the B1/B2 Visa. What I understand about H1-B is that I can start working with a firm starting from October 1st, 2014, while investment banking firms expect undergrads to start working in July once they give me a full-time offer.

From what I've heard, as long as bulge-brackets decide to hire me, regardless of my legal status, they can resolve this immigrant law issue by enabling me to start working as scheduled. Is it true? anyone who knows about this, please?

If you have the offer already, why don't you contact them about the issue?

I'm talking about liquid. Rich enough to have your own jet. Rich enough not to waste time. Fifty, a hundred million dollars, buddy. A player. Or nothing. See my Blog & AMA
