Working this summer at an EB and trying to get acquainted with the norms of a virtual work environment.
Any tips for reaching out to members of my team for a quick chat? I'm struggling with the formality of email when I want it to come across as casual.
I think you're overthinking it. They're already your team members and I'm sure they want to get to know you too. I'd say just keep your message direct and concise
