Hey guys quick question is it possible to transition into an FO role at a boutique from internal controls and risk.
The boutique is small enough that the traders and IB bankers are there on the same floor as you and there is lots of interaction with management.
If you get your CFA and have previous FO work is there a possibility to network up?
What's been people's experience with FO transitions at boutiques.
I would think that being a smaller firm leads to lots of interaction. It would be easier to do this at a boutique.
Any thoughts?
