International Applicants for Entry Level Positions

Hi Wall Street Oasis, first time poster here and was looking for insight on European companies hiring international applicants for entry level jobs. People who have experience with European companies, I was wondering if they are generally opposed to hiring applicants who require sponsorship for a work Visa.

I am currently working at a regional retail bank, but would like to pursue an entry level position in corporate finance and like the idea of living in a western European city for a period of time. So, as an American, do I have any chance of being considered for entry level positions based solely on my work eligibility status.

As a side question, are there any staffing agencies or similar lines of business that deal primarily with entry level positions? Thanks in advance for the help.
