International H1B

Hey guys,

I'm looking to help out a friend who goes to UIUC with me. She has a 3.9 cum GPA with an MS Accountancy(UIUC is #1 accounting in the nation), and is finishing up her MS Finance this year.

Trying to help her out with ideas for places to apply for work, leveraging either of these degrees. The catch is: she required H1B sponsorship and wants to work strictly in the US(international travel is ok).

She speaks fluent english, taiwanese, and mandarin.

Does anyone know of firms that will actually sponsor international students for entry-level positions with the above-stated qualifications? We could really use a list, because they are damn hard to scope out.

Thanks :D

P.S. We already know about the Big4 accounting firms.

Edit: and she kicks ass with mental math / quick computations

return to Taiwan / China and get a job in finance over here... there's more opportunities and tons of openings at good firms for bilanguals with U.S. education... though I'm not too sure about UIUC...

She has an outstanding offer at each of the Big4's largest offices in Taiwan. The point is that the TW offices require more hours than the US offices, and they pay 1/4 of the salary.

It would be more intelligent to earn a US wage, then retire in Taiwan where her past salaries have more purchasing power.

GutShotyou got the hots for this girl bro
I may have slayed that dragon once or twice.

first of all, what the fuck is UIUC ?

Secondly, any major bank will be willing and able to sponsor H1B. However, since almost all major banks are public, that means if they're hiring lot of H1Bs, they'll get lota shit from lefty mofos for not hiring (fat and stupid) Americans.

Them lefty libs at huffington post / msnbc will be crying their usual we-bail-them-out-they-dont-even-hire-us song.

Thirdly, of course she's good with mental math. She's fuckin asian

Fourthly, If she TRULY wants to stay in USA AND work in finance, find yourself an American passport holder man and marry him. Promise him some chow ming, he'd be all over u, Americans love to eat.

Her credentials are legit tho

Thanks man.

So you think the options are limited to just larger banks? Nothing else?
