International student- Europe

Hey,
I'm an international student studying in Europe. Doing an international business course.
I am going to start my 2nd year in a few months. I have a couple of questions.
1) I'd need a work permit to get a job after my graduation. Are there companies which are sponsoring fresh graduates? Not just in Europe, would I be able to get a job(work permit) for ex: in the US or Dubai, Singapore?

2) Also, if I do a masters straight away would that in any way increase my employability?

Thanks
