Interning at a BB where I live? (Turkey)

Hi everyone, I just had this question in my head. I'm a rising sophomore and if I were to look for internships for 2022 Summer, would it make sense to look at BB's where I live (Turkey)? I'm talking UBS, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse or Morgan Stanley for instance. The other option is to normally have an internship in NYC, hopefully IB

Would it make sense to get that IB experience in Turkey instead of NYC, as well as the BB name on your resume? I'm not sure if the experience would be what you'd get in NYC, and it might pop as a question in an interview why I did that. Or maybe it would be viewed positively, regardless of the location.

Just want to hear your thoughts (would be amazing if a recruiter saw this lol), thanks.
