interning while studying abroad? (UK)

Hello!

I’ll be studying in the UK on a student visa (Tier 4/General Visa) which stipulates that during term time you can work up to 20 hours per week.

With American BB (NY) experience prior to studying abroad — what is the feasibility of landing an off-cycle or part-time gig in London? With 2024 lined up already, is it even worth it?

fwiw: would use any money to fund traveling/fun during the study abroad period.

Tough. Nothing to do with you being an international but it's just generally tough to find part time internship work. Only time I've seen people do this is when they interned during summer and extend it on a part time basis during term time (so there's already trust and an understanding of workflow).

Also I guess timing is hard, assuming you're studying abroad in 2023/2024, that's not a lot of time to find something.
