Internship Advice for Graduate

So I graduated with a B.S in Finance last year from a non-target in Ireland (I'm American). I am entering an MSF program this fall at a pretty solid school, not MIT but next ring down. The problem is, I don't have internship experience so I'm trying to line up something for Summer 2022, Summer 2023 or Off-cycle as well. I'm running into some issues applying for a SA though, because a lot of the internships are specifically for undergraduate students in their penultimate year of study.

I'm hoping the MSF school will help me with this once I start the program but I'm trying to do some of the leg work now

Any advice would be terrific.
