Internship for Last Semester

For a non-target senior with no offers is it worth it to work unpaid at a boutique investment bank PT during my last semester?

I don't want to work FT in this city and wouldn't expect an offer from them following the internship anyway. I have been reaching out to boutiques in the city where I do want to work in and a few have told me to follow up in the spring. I think updating them with an internship may help me stand out. My GPA is not great and the internship (hours may be negotiable) would take away from my output on the countless cold emails I've been sending/time to network. I did intern during my junior year summer at a financial services firm but it was not banking. My FT goal is IB or Corp/Commercial Banking. I actually do have some leads going in to the spring for FT, but I'm not completely confident that one of them will work out.
