The orientation at my firm, also a BB, was for a week (FO). Set up password / account. Give you your desk / assignment. Bankers go over basic topics (how to spread comps, some accounting, some case studies). Technical people acquaint you with the presentation format, how to build pitch books.
Lunch was paid for on the first day, but afterwards we were on our own.

what should you wear? it's business casual usually but should you wear a suit on your first day to orientation?
I asked my recruiter, she told me to wear a suit to orientation.
