Internship without contract?

Hi all,

I'm a rising sophomore at a target, and I am staying in a metropolitan area (not NY). I was given a Summer Analyst internship at a non-profit that has been around for about two years. It's barely been three days, but I have not signed anything nor has he mentioned anything about any contract/document. It is supposed to be a paid internship. Should I be worried about this? Also, should I be worried about the credibility of my internship, given that, although the company has a website, the website doesn't pop up on google when you type the name, is not on LinkedIn, and the person who hired me has not listed that he works for the company? I have a feeling I'll learn a lot, but might principals think i made the internship up?

Thanks
