Internships from BAT
Hey Guys,
So I took the BAT a year and a half ago, got in the top 10% and then didn't hear anything for a while. This year I've gotten 10+ resume requests through the online portal, but have gotten no subsequent contact. I am not sure if I am doing anything wrong or does this happen to a lot of people? I have a sub-par GPA (3.2) but that is listed on my open profile, meaning employers see that before they request my resume. Any ideas/insight?

I guess it may be due to your resume. I got a resume request as well and got a reply back.
Were your stats really impressive or something? Scored in the 99th percentile and must have had 10 requests in 2 months with 0 replies.
Well this is encouraging. I got my official score this morning and I couldn't have done any better in terms of percentile. I guess time will tell.
Does anyone know if the percentile rank on the profile is for everyone who has taken the test? Or is it just for a certain "batch"?
Nope. The role was for a full time role in a high yield debt brokerage firm in New York if I did not remember wrongly. Did not accept it though.
If you like sales role, it might be a good place.
