I got a lead that a bank still needs a summer analyst spot filled after their main recruitment season ended. I had a phone interview where I spoke with an analyst about why I was interested in the firm, the sector, and my background; there weren't any true behavioral or technical questions. I was told that I'll be called in a week, but what should I expect from there? Do they still do superdays or is it a different process when a group is trying to fill a spot?
