Anyone interview with a BB twice for the same SA position (sophomore summer then junior summer)? Got rejected from a BB S&T internship (sophomore summer) and interviewing again for junior. Can I expect any big differences in the type of questions they'll ask?

Probably not, and they may not even realize you previously interviewed. If it's a BB I'd expect their HR system is solid enough to realize it but you'd be surprised.
Depends on the BB - some BBs have pretty sophisticated systems.
OP, probably similar questions, onus will be on you to prove why you're now qualified when they thought you weren't last year. Clue: maintaining/improving grades won't cut it (obviously). Hopefully you got solid experience in lieu of this internship last year
