Interview/Placement - How was your weekend?

Placement/Interview calls how do you respond to "how was your weekend"

Before I get flamed in the comments let me explain.

I would of course love to respond by "went on a three day bender, before doubling up my rent money playing poker", but I dont think it would go off super well.

So my typical response has been "Yeah it was great man", before they then get into the interview.

Friends of mine tell me to talk about football, but I know fuck all about it.

Will note that this is for placement chats- do you guys care if the other person doesn't talk about their weekend as long as they hold a normal conversation elsewhere?

Thoughts?
