Investment Banking Full Time Recruitment
Hey everyone,
I am an international student in the US who is trying to recruit for full time. Last year, I received a couple of interviews for internship that didn't pan out, so I accepted an offer at a Fortune 500 company. I have started networking again but in most of my calls the analyst say that their office only hires analysts if they have summer experience at a bank. Does anyone know if there are any banks that are open to hire someone without banking summer experience and international students?
Any info would be appreciated? I know it is a long shot, but I don't plan to give up trying. I do not care about location either.
