Is getting BBA in Finance @ 28 years too late?

1.Is getting Bachelor in Finance at the age of 28 from non-target too late to enter into top 8 banks? If so which sectors should I pursue in?

2.If not , how should I better prepare myself?Any constructive suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
