Is it me or is it the market?
Genuinely curious how everyone is doing in the job market at the moment (graduates mainly). I know life is tough and all firms are cutting cost right now. Junior position are not the easiest to get into, but basically no one I know gets anything, surely it can't be that bad.

Nah this is normal. You’re probably comparing to 2021 / 2022 which was an outlier.
Unfortunately a ton of ghost jobs. Dealing with that as a recent MBA grad. In late-stage talks with a company for a role, fingers crossed - might be done recruiting within the next few weeks. Lower pay than I expected but the job description fits what I'm looking for to a T.
