I need help. Had an intern in good Ibank, got an offer and signed, not much time to speculate. however been called to top place firm, which I want more, what if I get this job, can you break the already signed contract, how do you go about this ?
Do you know anyone who experienced the same, help appreciated-
bad idea, a contract is a contract...+ you hear all these stories of someone accepting a 2nd offer and breaking off the first one, and then ending up with the 2nd offer withdrawn after the company finds out that you screwed over another company like this.
Can always tell them you are moving to Alaska where there are no banks. Or that you are getting deported.

You should have withdrawn your apps, or not sent out any more, after you signed initially.
