Is the job market going downhill again?

I am graduating from a MBA business schools">M7 MBA and I am literally panicking. Other than MBB and the tech crowd, I feel the same vibe all around.

The sequestration has been the nail in the coffin. Sequestration will impact mainly defense and govt jobs, but secondarily will have an effect in general management, banking, real estate or marketing. Finance has been bad ever since 08, so no news.

My friends working back in London (I am international, worked there bf BS) are panicking as well with all the downgrade, the UK and Euro economy in the drums, whether HSBC is moving their HQ to HKG... so many things...

So am I really exageratting or things are getting really bad very fast? Three months ago I felt like it was better.

Thoughts pls
